Technology

While Berkeley provides wireless internet access throughout campus, it is highly recommended that any presentations that rely on this

technology also have a secondary way of accessing content, such as a smart phone or a flash drive.

Wi-Fi

Berkeley Preparatory School has Wi-fi access throughout the campus, and conference attendees will be provided temporary access to our network.  Some sites may be blocked, so please check to see if you can access the information you need prior to your presentations.

Use the flashdrive you will receive at check-in to store power point and video presentations.  It will also be a handy way to share presentations with other attendees.

The Berkeley Cafe has nearly twice the internet capacity as any other building on campus, so when not in a session, we recommend you use that location for access to the internet.

On-site printing will not be available during the conference

Overhead Projectors

Every classroom is outfitted with overhead computer projectors with speakers that interface with laptops via a standard VGA cable, and each classroom will have a laptop available.  Some projectors also interface with the iPad.  If you need any other technological accomodations, please email Tom Brandt.

Sharing Your Work

Berkeley will create a page on this website dedicated to sharing links to your presentations.  These presentations will be posted after your live presentation to enable attendees to share the great work they will see at the conference with their centers.  Sharing any content related to your presentation will of course be optional.
